Message	ok, I've tried to do some research on this site, but honestly I didn't know where to start off... Here are the jobs that I recently performed on my car: removed started, cleaned and installed installed new OEM alternator installed UR pulleys (power steering, crank, water pump) along with the pulleys, new belts (gates) installed new OEM clutch fan after I installed everything, I went for a test drive, and when i was warming up the car, it was fine idling for about 15 minutes. But then when i started driving it, as soon as the RPM climbed over around 3-4k, the car made a strange whining noise so I got scared and shut off the car, and now the car will not start. I was wondering if the engine does not start if the belt is loose.. I thought I tightened the belts to spec but after this incident I realized that my belts were loose. Could this be the problem?
